We are looking for an enthusiastic and versatile person with strong administrative skills to join our friendly and welcoming researcher development team. The Research Administrator is responsible for providing a varied suite of training, events and initiatives for the Lincoln Institute for Advanced Studies (LIAS), the Academic Development programme, and the wide range of initiatives supporting the institutional response to the Vitae Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers. 

The Research Administrator is also one of the two Finance Officers for the Research and Industrial Partnerships team and will work closely with other Research Administrators in the team providing cover as necessary for activity at the Doctoral School and other key services.

We are looking for a pro-active individual who is highly numerate, analytical and able to work independently and as part of a team with a high degree of accuracy and first class attention to detail. Applicants will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and be confident in dealing with individuals at all levels of seniority. You will work collaboratively within your immediate team, with the Researcher Development Coordinator, the Director of the Lincoln Institute for Advanced Studies and the Director of the Doctoral School.
