Applications are invited for a temporary Junior Research Fellowship under National Biopharma Mission (NBM) Industry-Academia Collaborative Project funded by BIRAC, Govt of India in Centre for Bio Separation Technology, Vellore Institute of Technology (VIT), Vellore.

Title of the Project:

High yielding cell line development of a Factor VIII biosimilar with a novel purification strategy

Qualification:

Masters in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Genetic Engineering/Biotechnology//Life Sciences. CSIR Net/GATE qualified candidates are strongly encouraged

Desirable (if any):

Experience in enzyme/protein purification and protein chemistry is strongly desirable.

Stipend : Rs.31,000/ per month + 10% HRA . The rules of DST’s Junior Research Fellowship applies

Duration : Project duration 2 years; Appointment will be renewed every 8 months
