INFRASTRUCTURE ENGINEER, Information Systems and Technology (IS&T), to manage multiple systems, products, or applications of high complexity with concurrent users, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility. Will assume a lead role in the management of ticket queues; determine the root cause of systematic problems; and collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze, evaluate, and propose options for problem resolution.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business administration, or relevant field; at least six years' relevant experience; demonstrated experience with 802.11ac wireless network protocols, Cisco APs and controllers, MU/SU-MIMO, beamforming, band steering, spectrum analyzers, Fluke, Ekahau, packet capture tools, and all types of cabling infrastructure including single/multimode optical fiber, UTP, OSP copper/fiber; solid knowledge of wired, wireless, and BMS network equipment and configurations; demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and meeting deadlines and to learn/adopt new systems/cultures; ability to maximize the output of limited resources within a variety of changing situations for various individuals and groups; strong oral and written communication and presentation skills and ability to interact with colleagues, business partners, and customers/clients at all levels; strong teamwork skills in order to consistently foster collaboration and serve as a mentor with other members of formal and information groups; meticulous attention to detail and accuracy; with the ability to define and organize tasks, responsibilities, and priorities.

PREFERRED: CWNA, CWNE, and CCNA wireless certifications; experience with cellular Macro, DAS, and evolving small cell technologies; working knowledge of current VoIP systems, including Cloud-based platforms (e.g., BroadSoft). Job #18456-10
 
Salary range: $120 - 135,000
