Service Delivery: The Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences
- Level 5, full-time appointment on a 24 month fixed term basis
- Salary range: $69,067 to $76,671 plus 17% superannuation
- Position based at QEII Medical Centre

About the team
The Faculty Service Delivery Centre is a part of the broader professional services model of the University and is the primary point of professional services for an individual Faculty. The Centre provides high level fit for purpose professional services that supports the Faculty achieving its vision, strategy and objectives.
About the opportunity
Reporting to the Planning Manager, you will contribute high level administrative skills to a wide range of projects, providing support in the area of planning, education, curriculum management and accreditation for the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences.
To be considered for this opportunity, you will demonstrate the following:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent competency
- Substantial relevant administrative experience at an appropriate level
- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills, including report writing
- Highly developed organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
- Proficiency in a range of computing skills including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, internet and email.
- Ability to work independently, show initiative and work productively as part of a team
- Commitment to providing a high level of quality customer service
