The Behavior Change for Good Initiative (BCFG) at the University of Pennsylvania, led by Professors Katherine Milkman and Angela Duckworth is conducting large-scale field experiments designed to promote sustained behavior change. Job Description

The Research Coordinator will work closely with Professors Angela Duckworth and Katherine Milkman on the development and evaluation of interventions to make behavior change stick across a wide variety of settings. The Research Coordinator will manage and coordinate significant multi-site research projects. This position entails developing and implementing research designs, data collection methods, and strategies for data management as well as collaborating with several outside agencies and institutions.

Position is contingent on continued funding.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree with 1-2 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in Behavioral Economics, Psychology or a related field is preferred. It requires expertise in econometrics and in particular familiarity with STATA, R, and data analysis on UNIX servers. The start date for this position is June 2020.
