Job Description

Assist in the administration of academic appointment processes; Work with the Director of Faculty Affairs for the department of Psychiatry in order to meet all PSOM and University deadlines including appointments, promotions, terminations and reappointments which include CHOP and Clinical Faculty Appointments.

Under the supervision of the Director of Faculty Affairs for the Department of Psychiatry, serve as resource to faculty and administrators regarding policies and procedures relating to faculty recruitment and academic support staff.  Manage faculty appointments, reappointments, promotions and terminations, extensions, sabbaticals and reduction in duties.  Coordinate and work independently on processing department faculty international paperwork.  Maintain University Payroll.  Plans proactively for faculty actions occurring during the academic year.  Works to ensure compliance in all aspects and timely submissions of required information.


Bachelor's Degree and 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required.
