Job Description

The Coordinator, Program will be a key member of the Sponsor Support Unit  responsible for contributing to all Sponsor Support Activities in the Sponsor Support Unit, Office of Clinical Research.  The primary responsibilities include when the University serves as the regulatory sponsor of an IND/IDE/CTA, the Coordinator, Program will assist in preparing, compiling, extracting data for, and identifying deficiencies for Health Authority submissions (paper and eCTD).  The Coordinator, Program will be responsible for  maintaining and administrating Sponsor Trial Master Files.  This individual will also create and maintain records on ClinicalTrials.gov and assist the Regulatory Leads as needed. The Coordinator will also contribute to, develop, and maintain unit tools and templates The Coordinator will also be responsible for coordinating core activities of the unit including: sponsor registration; GXP guidance and training; and processing IND/IDE/CTA exemptions.  Also the coordinator will assist the unit in administrative tasks including  coordinating and scheduling meetings, managing the central SSU unit mailbox, communicating  with research teams, and managing key deliverables.  Attention to detail and experience with Adobe PDF is essential.

Qualificaitons:

Bachelor's Degree and 2 to 3 years experience or equivalent combination of eduacation and experience required.
