The Faculty of Business offers currently a Bachelor of Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, and Doctor of Business Administration. We have developed academic, research, and exchange collaborations with other faculties across campus, as well as with universities in Mainland China and around the world.

Job Description

Applicants will provide academic leadership on teaching and research, as well as on administration service. Candidates are expected to contribute significantly to the faculty program development, successful candidates will be responsible in duties includes: (i) Teaching and supervising students; (ii) Participating in research and applied projects; and (iii) Developing relationships with companies within the Great Bay Area.

We seek applicants who have significant interest or research output in business areas with a significant contribution to the digital economy.

Strong candidates will provide evidence of embracing global and innovative mindsets, who are adaptable, culturally aware, and predisposed to use technology. 

Job Qualifications

  • Holder of a Doctoral degree in related field are encouraged to apply;
  • Experience in applied research of relevant field;
  • Teaching experience in Higher education institution with good teaching effectiveness and students’ feedback;
  • Industry experience is an advantage, namely in information technology, international trade and logistics, finance and investment, retail and consumer sector, environment and health.
  • Good command in English and Chinese language is required.

Remuneration

The remuneration and appointment rank offered will be competitive and commensurate with the successful applicants’ academic qualifications, current position and professional experience. The compensation/benefits are competitive. Currently, the highest marginal personal tax rate in Macao is 12%. But the effective tax rate is around 5% to 7% after various discretionary exemptions.
