Job Description Summary

Founded in 1884, the School is a proud member of the One Health initiative, linking human, animal, and environmental health. We are seeking a qualified Business administrator to join our team.

Job Description

The School of Veterinary Medicine is seeking a qualified Business administrator to carry out the day to day financial and administrative functions for the Central business office. This includes administration of annual operating budget and personnel administration for approximately 60 staff members. Budgetary management responsibilities include monthly reporting and analysis, quarterly and long range forecasting as well as oversight for the annual budget planning exercise for six central operating units and a host of school level programs and initiatives. In addition, this position is responsible for managing the fiscal operations functions including procurement, accounting and reporting functions, travel and expense management, payroll/personnel administration and oversight for pro card and merchant account administration. Work directly with Director of Fiscal Operations in school wide initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree with 3-5 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required
