Description
The University of Chicago's Department of Public Health Sciences in the Biological Sciences Division is searching for a Research Assistant Professor, whose primary activities will be to work with faculty affiliated with the Institute for Population and Precision Health to design and conduct epidemiologic and clinical research studies, to supervise study staff, and to develop manuscripts based on the data collected,  including genetic, clinical, and environmental measures.

We especially welcome applicants with expertise in epidemiologic research methods and analytic tools for complex data such as genomic, environmental, EHR, sensor and GIS data; and the ability to write and edit manuscripts and grant applications. 

Applicants must have a doctoral degree or equivalent in epidemiology or a related public health/biomedical field, and have completed postdoctoral training prior to the start of employment.
