During the autumn, winter, and spring quarters of the 2019-20 academic year the Humanities Collegiate Division and the Department of Philosophy may have part-time teaching opportunities in the undergraduate curriculum for majors and minors in Philosophy.

Responsibilities will include preparing lecture- and/or workshop-style classes, holding regularly scheduled office hours, and the preparation and grading of assignments and testing materials.

Minimum qualifications are a Ph.D. in Philosophy and experience teaching philosophy at the university or post-secondary level.

Depending on the curricular needs of the department, the successful candidate may teach between one and four courses per academic year.   In 2019-20, the per-course salary is $6,861.  This position is not benefits eligible.
