Applications are invited for appointment as Non-Tenure Track Clinical Assistant Professor of Practice in Anatomical Pathology in the Department of Pathology (Ref.: 499329), to commence as soon as possible, on a four-year fixed-term basis, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.

Applicants should possess a medical qualification registrable with the Hong Kong Medical Council, and a professional qualification in pathology (FHKCPath, FRCPath, FRCPA or equivalent, such as an American Board certification), with sub-specialization in anatomical pathology. They should have solid experience in clinical services in anatomical pathology.  Interest in medical education and research in anatomic pathology and molecular pathology would be an advantage.  The appointee will contribute to clinical services, undergraduate and postgraduate teaching, curriculum development, and administrative duties in the Department and the Faculty. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits.  At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.  The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of basic salary.  A monthly cash allowance will be offered to the successful candidate.   Housing benefits will also be provided as applicable.
