The University of Lincoln is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Impact Support Administrator to join our College of Arts executive team, working in conjunction with the central REF team to realise our research impact strategy for REF2021 and beyond.

The post holder will work as part of the College research team to support the production of high-quality impact case studies through engaging in pro-active evidence gathering.  The post-holder will be expected to use their judgement and initiative in seeking out examples of evidence and liaising with key stakeholders to enrich our impact evidence base.

This exciting post will be critical in enhancing the impact of research across the College through seeking out and collating evidence to underpin the developing impact case studies for the forthcoming REF exercise.  You will work closely with the College Director of Research and the School Directors of Research as well as individual case study authors to develop the evidence base underpinning their work.  You will have excellent communication skills and be able to interact with a range of internal and external colleagues and stakeholders to gather information.
