Do you have a passion for the effective delivery of therapy and intervention services with a particular focus on supporting families experiencing Foetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorders (FASD) effects?

This full time, six month appointment until June 2020 is the perfect opportunity if you are seeking to help the 1 in 1000 births in the general population who are effected by FASD. Research has shown that your assistance providing early intervention with children with disabilities such as Autism and mild cognitive impairment can actually save $1.2 million over that individual’s lifetime.

What you can accomplish in 6 months

We need accredited and experienced psychologists like you to assist our Northern half of Queensland, who are in the high risk group for FASD, to provide support to families and specialised therapy to those with FASD.
