Salary: £20,675 to £23,067 plus £4800 London weighting per annum

We are seeking to appoint a receptionist who will manage our front desk reception and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist your duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and execute all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.
You will be the first point of contact for staff, students and visitors. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the Faculty. You will also coordinate front-desk activities, including to work effectively as a member of the administrative team to provide support to routine tasks.
You will have proven experience in a reception or public facing role. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
