Group Professional and Organisation Development plays a critical role in helping to develop the capability of our staff, both in the UK and internationally. We are now seeking a talented individual for a 12 month fixed-term period who will develop, co-ordinate and implement a range of interventions across the University Group. 

You will be required to lead or support on the design and delivery of a variety of programmes, workshops and initiatives including our capability and professional skills development, leadership and management development programmes, corporate induction or coaching and mentoring.  

Experience of having worked in a complex environment within Organisation Development and /or Learning and Development is essential. Making our development offer more accessible to staff through online and blended approaches to learning is an area of focus and therefore demonstrable expertise in this area will be an advantage. 

A self-motivated and results-driven individual, you will have great interpersonal and organisational skills and experience of working effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. You will be expected to demonstrate your exceptional presentation and facilitation skills during the interview process.
