The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic, team-focused, experienced individual to join our Student & Community Outreach and Engagement  team. This position requires highly developed skills in the delivery of high quality online and face to face services to our student, University and extended communities. A strong commitment to the provision of high-quality customer services is essential.

Skills & Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be detailed driven in a digital, high demand and complex environment, delivering high quality services to our students and academics. Demonstrated experience in working and collaborating in a high performing, customer-focused team is essential, as well as high-level communication, relationship building and negotiation skills.

All La Trobe University employees are bound by the Working with Children Act 2005. If you are successful, you will be required to hold a valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement.
