Business Manager to Director of Fundraising, Guy’s & St Thomas’
The Business Manager will provide high level, effective, comprehensive and confidential support to the Director of Fundraising, Guy’s and St Thomas’. They will work closely with the Director’s EA to ensure that the Director is fully supported across all aspects of their agenda.
The Business Manager must be an experienced, capable project manager, as they will be responsible for supporting the implementation of the fundraising strategy, managing oversight of key fundraising activities, including monitoring critical paths, milestones and key performance indicators.
The post holder must be able to juggle competing priorities, work to tight deadlines, communicate and negotiate projects on behalf of the Director and have strong attention to detail. The post holder will also be readily available to take on discrete areas of project work as appropriate and make decisions autonomously.
The post holder will liaise with external and internal stakeholders at a senior level, including the leadership team within F&SD; the Director of Evelina London Children’s Hospital, Guy’s Cancer Leadership, Guy’s & St Thomas leadership and Board; Guy’s & St Thomas’ charity directors and Board of Trustees, high level donors, influencers and high net worth individuals. Effective stakeholder management across the Trusts, Charity and College is a critical requirement for the role.
This post will be offered on an indefinite Contract.
This is a full-time role.
The selection process will include a panel interview, and an assessment.
