Job Description

• Responsible for disbursing and depositing university payments in compliance with University policies and procedures
• Disburses university issues payments including but not limited to:
  • Receives checks and disbursement instructions from Finance
  • Checks picked-up, mailed to, or deposit to the account of payee
  • Fund transfers to individual's bank accounts
• Deposits payments and reimbursements received for the University into the University banking account
• Provides efficient and effective customer services
• Other duties as assigned by immediate supervisor

Minimum Qualification

• Strong conceptual skills in finance, accounting and banking
• Analytical skills
• Computer skills
• Knowledge of the University financial systems
• Secondary Certificate
• 1-3 years relevant experience
