Our Facilities Management Unit (FMU) provides support to the UniSA’s teaching, research and support functions in Capital Development, Campus Operations, Maintenance and Technical Services and Commercial Services.

About the Job

This is a rare leadership opportunity in a high-impact Facilities Management team responsible for a significant asset portfolio comprising over 100 buildings across six campuses, with a value exceeding $1.5 Billion.

The Associate Director: Campus Operations is responsible for the leadership and management of all maintenance and operations across all campuses. As a strategic leadership position, the Associate Director will oversee the asset management strategy for the University’s physical infrastructure, and ensure appropriate planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation strategies are in place.

Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role you must demonstrate substantial experience in asset and facilities management at a senior level. You will be an engaging leader with highly effective relationship building skills and a performance focussed service delivery mindset. Post graduate level qualifications and relevant discipline knowledge around engineering, property or construction is an essential requirement for this role.
