Rewards and Benefits Adviser
Salary: £29,645 to £34,951 per annum pro rata - including London Allowance

Part-Time, Permanent (14 hours per week – Thursday and Friday)
Applicants are sought to provide an effective advice and administrative support service for the College’s reward and benefits processes. The successful applicant will take the day to day lead in the management of processes including promotion, professorial banding, job evaluation, probation, recognition awards and a range of benefits including nursery provision. Working closely with the Deputy Head of HR Operations the post holder will need to provide a professional and responsive service to a wide range of stakeholders. They will be a member of the HR Operations team and to work with colleagues to help in the delivery of a high level HR transactional service.
The successful post holder will need to demonstrate significant experience of successfully working in a full life cycle human resources function. Experience of rewards and benefits processes, proactively designing and writing HR policies and processes, producing reports, successful change management and building strong working relationships are essential for this role together with experience of successfully working with a range of management information. Applicants will also need to demonstrate strong time management and communication skills, possess the ability to work well under pressure and have strong IT skills.
