The School of Business IT and Logistics is the largest provider of Information Systems and Supply Chain Management programs in Australia. It offers undergraduate business degrees in Information Systems and Logistics/Supply Chain Management, and postgraduate degrees in Business IT, Information Management, Supply Chain and Logistics Management. About the role

This is an exciting leadership role that will see you contribute to the teaching and research efforts of the School. As a senior member of the school, you will make a significant contribution to the delivery of programs and to be actively involved in research, consulting and other professional activities. Furthermore, you will develop, engage in and lead high quality research projects that are aligned with the Universitys research focus areas to achieve success in attracting research funding and to produce high quality outputs. You will have an important research leadership role in embedding their research expertise into the life of the School and will be required to develop high-quality, productivity-driven networks across RMIT and with local, national and global, internal and external partners.

About You

We are seeking a passionate individual who values the importance of effective learning and teaching in the finance domain. You will be comfortable coordinating large courses and preparing innovative learning programs including the delivery of online material at various levels. As an experienced lecturer, you will have an emerging nationally recognised research track record including substantial record of research outputs in high quality outlets. In addition, you will have extensive experience in supervising higher degree by research candidates to maximise research performance. Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to financial, governance and quality management systems within a university will be highly desirable.
