We proudly hold a place in the top-20 of all UK universities. As part of our forward looking strategy we are seeking to recruit for the significant role of Widening Access Manager.
This is a new role and is instrumental to the ongoing success of achieving the College’s ambitious Access and Participation Plan. As such we are looking for an exceptional individual who is highly experienced in creating activities for students and who can build long term professional relationships with schools. Recruiting a new team will be at the forefront of your initial responsibilities as will be the development of a detailed long term plan. Whilst previous staff management experience would be ideal, we are also keen to hear from motivated individuals looking for that next step in their career.

This is a full time and permanent post. Based in Egham, Surrey where the College is situated in a beautiful, leafy campus near to Windsor Great Park and within commuting distance from London.
