College Student Support Administrator

This post is full time and fixed term for 9 months (maternity cover).

The College Student Support Administrator is central to the effective provision of student support within St Mary’s College. The post-holder will provide efficient and effective administrative support service to the College Student Support Team, will be a primary contact for the college student body, and will support the work of the common rooms and their executives.

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual who can work effectively as part of the College team. The post holder will need excellent interpersonal and communication skills, excellent organisational skills, strong IT skills, and will have a positive, friendly, can-do attitude.
