Job Description

HR Business Partnering duties including, but not limited to:

  • Support departments in their human capital planning and resource requirements, e.g. recruitment, off-boarding, etc.
  • Conduct job evaluation (for new positions and where necessary)
  • Prepare salary package, letter of appointments, work with the HRM team on start work arrangement, background screening/ security clearance, employment pass application, etc
  • Conduct first day briefings for all new staff
  • Handle, where required, performance counselling, grievance management,etc
  • Handle internal transfer requests Manage offboarding of staff and exit interviews

Handle Compensation matters including, but not limited to:

  • Annual Increment and Bonus exercise
  • Annual Promotion exercise
  • Sale Commission calculation and payout Compensation related
  • System enhancement and process improvement

Any other duties/ projects as assigned

Qualifications

  • Degree with at least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Prior experience in Compensation and HR Business
  • Partnering will be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications Prior experience in the use of SAP is preferred
  • Meticulous, proactive and self-driven
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications (both written & spoken) skills
  • Able to work collaboratively with others
