The Reception Helpdesk Assistant will be responsible for providing reception services and associated administration of the front-desk, including welcome service, professionally greeting staff, visitors, students and users of the building, providing assistance, directions and information.
The post-holder will be required to provide cover at any reception desk across the University.
The working week will be five days out of seven, primarily Monday to Friday on a rotational basis of mornings one week and afternoons the next. This will include evening and weekends, as business demands.
