As RFFS/Ops Crew Manager at Cranfield Airport you will be an integral part of the management team and play a key role in the strategies relating to equipment, resources, training and the future development of the service. You will lead and manage a crew within the RFFS on site ensuring that they remain in a constant state of readiness and are able to respond to any report incidents as needed.
