At the University of Bristol Careers Service, we are passionate about helping our students get to where they want to be when they graduate.
The Faculty Employability Adviser role will work in our award-winning Faculty Employability Team.
You will work with the Faculty of Health Sciences and be responsible for managing the Careers Service's professional employability support there, as well as supporting the Faculty of Arts, working with the School of Modern Languages in particular. You will be creative, self-motivated and have excellent interpersonal and organisational skills.
You will be the operational lead for the Service working with the faculty and will work with a Faculty Employability Consultant to put together Employability Partnership Agreements with the schools in the faculty. You will interpret and analyse the available data, work with stakeholders in schools to determine priorities, and use your experience to design, deliver and evaluate appropriate activities.

You will be an excellent communicator who will establish and maintain effective working relationships with academics and colleagues in the faculty to work credibly with them. You will be highly organised with experience of managing your own workload and the different demands that may be placed upon it, whether they be relationship development, delivery of activities to students or other elements of the role.
If you are looking for a varied role as part of a dynamic team that works with faculties to help students get to where they want to be, get in touch today.
