Are you an ambitious researcher looking for your next challenge?  Do you have a research background in banking and finance with strong skills in econometrics?  Do you want to further your career in one of the UK’s leading research intensive Universities?

The Accounting and Finance division (A&F) has a successful track record of doctoral supervision. Over the past couple of decades more than 60 doctoral students have successfully completed their PhDs. Many have gone on to successful careers in academia and beyond. Our doctoral students have also contributed significantly to the growth and development of the Accounting and Finance division, with a number of colleagues at all levels of seniority having undertaken their PhD at Leeds.

Building on this success, the Accounting and Finance division is launching a two-year post-doctoral scheme, with a structured programme of support.  The aim is to support up to four post-doctoral fellows per year and we are looking for applicants with a high potential to develop an academic career.
