About the positions

The Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Coordinator positions will be responsible for supporting the continued implementation of Work Integrated Learning activities within the College of Arts, Social Sciences and Commerce.  The WIL Coordinator works closely with employers, academics and students to develop WIL opportunities and facilitate experiential learning. The position will develop and maintain relationships with existing and new internal and external partners. They will promote WIL subjects to students, with the aim on increasing the participation rates, and support and enrich the student experience in the WIL subject lifecycle.

Skills and Experience

To be considered for these positions, you will possess high level interpersonal skills including the ability to influence and build relationships, and work with key stakeholders. You will have demonstrated external stakeholder engagement and management experience preferably within a Higher Education environment. Your high-level planning and organisational skills, together with highly developed written and verbal communication skills are essential for your success in the roles.
