Application is invited for appointment as Post-doctoral Fellow/Research Assistant I/II in the Research Division for Molecular and Cell Biology (Ref.: 498954), to commence in February 2020 for one year, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree in Cell/Molecular Biology, with good research experience in cell culture and molecular biology technique. Those with research experience in CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing are preferred. The appointee will participate in a project about how DNA replication/repair intermediates pose a substantial threat to cell division and genome stability (see Chan and West, 2018 Cell Cycle. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. At current rates, salaries tax does not exceed 15% of gross income.
