Bristol Veterinary School are recruiting a 0.6 FTE role to support the administration for undergraduate students within Year 4 the BVSc Veterinary Science Programme. The hours of work are to be discussed; however, it is anticipated that the hours will be split across a four day working week.

You should have excellent customer care skills, be passionate about providing a high level of support to students and be able to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people from different backgrounds and cultures. You should also have proven organisational and administrative skills, be efficient, adaptable and used to working in a very busy environment. The ability to prioritise effectively and work to deadlines is also essential.

In addition, you should be experienced in using a range of IT systems (particularly Excel) and able to adapt to new systems and processes quickly.
