Applications are invited for the post of Student & Programme Administration Assistant within the School of Humanities.

Academic Administration at Royal Holloway is organised into six School Administration teams and a Doctoral School,  which are all part of the Academic Services directorate; a single professional service which supports the student journey. Administration teams have been designed to provide a consistent and effective service to both students and staff. The School of Humanities is one of these School Administration teams, and is responsible for the departments of History, English, Classics, and Languages, Literatures and Cultures.

The Student & Programme Administration Assistant role will be responsible for a variety of tasks and processes to support the delivery of academic programmes. The role holder will demonstrate a commitment to our shared vision and service standards. They will be expected to work closely with colleagues in the School as well as those across other academic and professional services areas.

Candidates should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. In addition, they should be enthusiastic about providing excellent customer service to students, academic and administrative staff and be able to demonstrate commitment to working in Higher Education administration.
