Job Description

A non-faculty instructor position in the area of human nutrition at the Department of Nutrition and Health starting Spring 2014. Candidates are expected to have a strong commitment to teaching excellence at the undergraduate level. Professional experience in human nutrition is also desirable.The application package should include a detailed CV with a brief description of teaching philosophy and courses taught. English is the language of instructions and communication in the Department of Nutrition and Health. However, various service courses are taught in Arabic.

Minimum Qualification

Applicants must have an earned master's degree in Human Nutrition. Proficiency in the English language is required. The ability to teach undergraduate nutrition courses is a must. At least two years of teaching experience in the field of human nutrition at a reputable university is required. Registered Dietitian qualification is preferred.
