King's College London offers a fantastic opportunity for an important role within the Operational Assurance Services. The successful candidate will be working within a team that is passionate about the services it provides.
The role will be pivotal in supporting Operational Assurance Services by being the gatekeeper for all technical drawings for key services across the Directorate of Estates & Facilities. This includes but is not limited to developing layered CAD drawings, undertake audits of current safety provisions, managing the technical storage library and creating specialist 3D drawings. The role will also influence the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
The successful candidate is expected to be a strong team player and be able to build beneficial working relationships. The successful candidate will be passionate about service delivery and be committed to the organisation's vision and values with the ability to inspire, motivate and empower those around them.
This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.
This is a full-time post.
