The College of Science currently consists of eight Schools and a Department; Chemistry, Computer Science, Engineering, Geography, Life Sciences, Mathematics & Physics, the National Centre for Food Manufacturing, Pharmacy and the Lincoln Institute of Agri-Food Technology. The College, which is driving world-leading developments in autonomous systems, agri-food technology, medical vision, power and energy, biosciences, flood risk assessment and climate change impacts, is going through a period of rapid development and change.
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to provide effective and efficient support to the School of Mathematics & Physics and the School of Engineering within the College of Science. The successful candidate will need to be proactive and able to use their initiative, whilst remaining professional and diplomatic at all times. Experience of working in Higher Education would be an advantage.
Please note that the successful applicant would be expected to work Monday, Tuesday (School of Mathematics & Physics) and Thursday (School of Engineering)
