Assistant /Associate Professor (Petroleum Engineering)

The Department of Chemical and Petroleum Engineering at the United Arab Emirates University  invites application for a full-time faculty position in Petroleum Engineering at the level of Assistant or Associate Professor. Recognized for its academic excellence, the University consistently ranks among the top universities in the region. All engineering programs, including the Petroleum Engineering, are accredited by the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET) and The Commission for Academic Accreditation  of the United Arab Emirates.

The successful candidate is expected to teach and develop undergraduate and postgraduate courses, establish a productive research and secure research funds internally and externally, supervise M.Sc. and PhD students, and participate in committees at the Department, College and University levels. Candidates should have a PhD. in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline with a strong research record.

Minimum Qualification:    A PhD in Petroleum Engineering or a related discipline.
