The Digital Engagement Manager sits within the Alumni Communications and Donor Relations team, whose primary function is to create innovative offline and online communications to engage alumni and major donors.  Working under the supervision of the Senior Content Engagement Manager, this role will help deliver quality, integrated and effective digital communications channels. 

 

This role will lead on digital improvement projects for the team and provide consultancy to ensure that all digital elements of strategies are effective and measurable. The role requires a sound knowledge of digital channels, including email marketing, social media and content management systems.  The individual should be familiar with managing a busy work load, prioritizing and liaising with stakeholders at all levels.  The person in this role should also have content creation and excellent copywriting skills. 

 

The Alumni Communications and Donor Relations team supports engagement and fundraising activity for King’s College London, and its partner institutions King’s Health Partners. Through delivery of collaborative and inspiring digital engagement and stewardship activity, the Digital Communications Officer will foster and enhance positive relationships with alumni and donors.

This post will be offered on an indefinite basis

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview and presentation.
