UCB seek to recruit a dedicated and professional individual to join our busy International Admissions team in the role of International Admissions and Student Support Officer.

The post will make a key contribution in assisting applicants applying from South East Asia, ensuring that all applications from this region are processed smoothly whilst providing our students and agents with an outstanding customer service experience.

We require an applicant with a strong sense of initiative and the ability to deal professionally with sometimes complex applications and queries. In addition, the successful applicant will be required to have an excellent standard of written and oral communication skills, including Mandarin.

Flexibility in relation to the role is key, as this post will be required to some evening and weekends during clearing, induction and enrolment.
