This is an exciting opportunity to join University of the West of Scotland (UWS), one of Higher Education’s most innovative modern universities.

We have 4 vibrant campuses across the west of Scotland as well as a campus in central London. Our campuses boast some of the most modern, pioneering and sustainable Higher Education learning and teaching facilities in the UK – our new Lanarkshire Campus was the winner of the ‘sustainable buildings that inspire’ accolade in the Guardian University Awards 2019. The University’s 19,900 student population includes a growing international student cohort comprising more than 140 nationalities.

We have also established ourselves as a force for good through our internationally relevant ground-breaking research in areas including eye-care, drone technology, artificial intelligence, thin films and sensors, 5G networking, arthritis and dementia care.

UWS was ranked in the Times Higher Education Young University Rankings 2019 as being in the world’s top 150 universities under 50 and the highest ranked young university in Scotland.

The Role
