To support this aim, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual with the ability to build a strong pipe-line of short-term international study opportunities and work placements for inbound international students and outbound Brac University students.

We are proud to be associated with BRAC, the world’s largest NGO and share its commitment to upholding human values and supporting sustainable development.  You will establish agreements with partner institutions that bring international students to Bangladesh to participate in short term study and work placements and thereby add significantly to the internationalization of the Brac University experience. In addition, you will develop opportunities for Brac University students to study abroad or gain short term work experience, in order to increase their future readiness to contribute to more globally integrated workplaces.

You will ideally have a well-developed understanding of how to build new models of international student mobility and direct experience of study abroad programmes. This should be supported by demonstrated experience of successfully working with international colleagues and tangible evidence of putting in place international partnership agreements.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with a diverse group of colleagues and external stakeholders is essential. Experience of undertaking similar previous assignments would be beneficial.
