Salary: £25,217 - £28,331 per annum
Hours: Full time – 37 hours per week

The Estates department are looking for the right candidate to lead the front of house reception service at our new Blenheim Walk building. You will have previous experience of leading front of house teams and have a customer facing outlook. You will be able to demonstrate excellent customer service and organisational skills with the ability to meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a rewarding role, and an opportunity to develop an outstanding customer focused reception service for the University.
The Senior Receptionist will lead and motivate a small team of reception staff who will be the first point of contact for students, staff, visitors and contractors to the University. The team is responsible for dealing with enquiries and deliveries, post to the University at the Blenheim Walk reception and handling calls on the University switchboard, providing information, guidance and direction to people both within and visiting the University. You will provide the welcome at public events such as Private Views in our Gallery, and for End of Year shows offering guidance, advice and information to guests and visitors.
