EMAIL MARKETING SPECIALISTMIT Technology Review, to ensure the right content gets to the right customer at the right time. Will be involved in a variety of business growth initiatives as part of a highly energetic and talented group of professionals.  Responsibilities include handling the creative design, delivery, customer list creation and segmentation, personalization and messaging, delivery, scheduling, and reporting for all email marketing communications; creating, testing, and troubleshooting email and landing page templates and operational set ups; managing the email database and workflows; working with marketing leadership to recommend improvements to current email marketing campaigns; serving as an in-house expert of our third-party email software application (MailChimp); collaborating to ensure proper sending infrastructure of emails and consistent delivery of internal advertisements; coordinating with members of other teams to stay on top of deadlines; managing content, segmentation and mailing creation in BlueConic (CDP) and MailChimp; and growing overall consumer revenue from email marketing efforts.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: at least three years’ email marketing management and direct marketing experience; bachelor's degree; basic skill with and working knowledge of HTML and CSS; understanding of email marketing and landing page best practices and optimization techniques; experience making data-driven decisions using analytics, A/B testing, and campaign reports and dashboards; tactical thinking skills and experience with hands-on execution; strong project management, multitasking, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills; ability to work independently and as part of an energetic team in a rapidly evolving environment; self-motivation; and meticulous attention to detail.  Solid understanding of data management and data exchange concepts a plus. Job #18099-7
