COPYWRITERedX, to create sharp marketing copy (web, email, social, etc.), consult on UX copy for interfaces and site messaging when needed, and help develop a coherent and defined voice and tone. Responsibilities include supporting the creation of various email campaigns and other marketing collateral; collaborating with stakeholders to create an inventory of copy needs (product descriptions, attention-grabbing headlines, emails, etc.); making recommendations on how to address and prioritize needs; developing recommendations for voice and tone for everything from inspirational messaging to navigational labeling; managing and prioritizing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously; building out copy development guidelines from the macro to the micro; and working with colleagues as needed to experiment and create great experiences, testing ideas and instincts with solid copy and messaging.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED:  at least two years’ professional software/design/digital experience; bachelor's degree in English, communications, writing, marketing, or journalism; a portfolio of at least three varying work samples that showcase your writing skills; project management skills; flexibility; ability to respond to new inputs, business needs, and the occasional emergency; and comfort creating copy that is easily translated and designed for internationalization.  Job #18089-O
