SENIOR ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANTAlumni Association, to perform diverse administrative tasks for the executive director of Information Systems and Volunteer Services (IS & VS), the Alumni Association’s board of directors, and members of the IS & VS team.  Will coordinate with all staff reporting to the director for meetings, the timely distribution of memorandums and reports, and the collection and distribution of various metrics and data; coordinate travel arrangements and reporting for staff; assist with the logistical components of programs, meetings, and special projects; and serve as the administrative coordinator for the board of directors. 

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: a high school diploma or its equivalent; at least five years of administrative or office experience; ability to work in a team- and service-oriented environment with frequent interruptions; strong interpersonal, organizational, analytic, customer service, and oral and written communication skills attention to detail; ability to work with minimal supervision, exercise judgment, take initiative, set priorities, and handle diverse and confidential tasks concurrently in a fast-paced setting; and database experience, proficiency working in a Windows environment, and willingness and desire to learn additional computer skills and programs. PREFERRED:  familiarity with AdvanceWeb from Ellucian and iModules Encompass; a bachelor’s degree; and experience in alumni relations, development, and a university or nonprofit setting.  Job #18081-6
