Queen Mary University of London is a leading global university with a difference. We are one of the UK’s top research universities, committed to improving social justice and achieving the previously unthinkable. The Marketing and Communications Directorate is responsible for raising the awareness and reputation of Queen Mary among its target audiences, and for increasing the quality and quantity of Queen Mary applicants.

We are looking for an experienced Student Conversion Funnel Senior Executive with a dedication to implementing conversion activities, to join our UK Student Recruitment team. This is a new role working alongside the Acquisition and Campaign Marketing Manager. You will need to have a track record of using and managing CRM platforms to run email campaigns and experience in targeting, segmentation and database management. In addition, you will have experience in collating and curating content for conversion of leads into actual applications and from application to registered students.  You will need to know how to engage with prospective students and learn more about their needs and how to produce content that addresses these needs. With universities operating in a more competitive environment we are looking for someone who knows how to use data analytics and insights in order to implement and monitor campaigns through multiple channels (e.g. digital, print, email, text). You also need to be an expert in evaluating outcomes against defined KPIs and reporting on impact against activities.
