MARKETING COORDINATOR, Sloan School of Management-Executive Education, to serve as a key member of the Executive Education marketing team. Will execute a wide range of tasks in order to promote a large portfolio of executive programs with the ultimate goal of driving enrollments and client engagement. Responsibilities will include content creation and promotion; updating and optimizing website content; analyzing campaign performance; understanding and analyzing customer behavior and activity; implementing various strategic marketing activities; representing the brand at conferences/events and handling logistics and planning; assisting with day-to-day operations of the marketing team; and performing other duties as necessary.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED: B.A./B.S., preferably in marketing, communications, PR, or related area; at least one year of experience in a marketing department or agency; excellent analytical, critical thinking, organizational, time-management, collaboration, proofreading, design, and oral and written communication skills; experience using CRM (e.g., Salesforce), CMS, Marketing Cloud, and web analytics systems (e.g., Google Analytics); proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite; desktop publishing skills (i.e., creating flyers and simple graphics); event planning and project management experience; comfort dealing with an executive audience and a commitment to ensuring a superior customer experience; and strict attention to detail and accuracy. Seek an independent, self-motivated, service-oriented team player who is able to work with internal and external stakeholders; manage multiple, complex simultaneous projects under deadline pressure; develop new and unique ideas for executing marketing objectives; and adapt to the dynamics of the business of executive education, particularly around conferences and other events.
