The world-renowned Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience is seeking a Student Engagement Manager to enhance the student experience through increasing student engagement. Working closely with the Faculty Education Manager and liaising with the Quality Assurance Manager; Taught Programmes Manager, the Dean and Deputy Dean of Education, as well as central professional services staff the role holder will play a key role in the development and then implementation of strategies and initiatives in order to optimise student engagement with a view to improving student experience across the faculty. 

This role will work relatively autonomously ensuring that key reporting processes are completed and returned as well as leading on developing and implementing initiatives to increase student engagement. This post will suit a self-starting highly motivated individual with good understanding of student experience and student engagement issues. Whilst previous experience in this area is required, transferable skills, aptitude and a ‘can do’ attitude are also important. 

This post will be offered on an indefinite contract.

This is a full-time post.

The selection process will include a panel interview, an assessment, and or a presentation. Interviews are anticipated to take place on 29th October 2019.
