Lancashire School of Business and Enterprise is seeking to appoint a Lecturer in Operations and Project Management to deliver high quality learning and teaching outcomes on its growing portfolio of postgraduate and undergraduate programmes. The successful applicant will have teaching experience at undergraduate and postgraduate level within a higher education environment, specifically within management and related subjects.

Educated to a PhD level or nearing completion, you will also have a good honours degree in a relevant area. The PhD will also be in a related area of study or you will have the equivalent professional or research experience.

The successful applicant will have a flexible approach to learning and teaching, and the ability to engage with work-based learning using technology with a willingness to work effectively with employers. An ability to supervise student dissertations and undertake research and/or knowledge transfer is essential. They should also possess significant learning and teaching experience and have experience of working as part of an academic team in the design and delivery of high quality learning and teaching materials.
