OBJECTIVE

The role represents an opportunity to work on an innovative educational product. It will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity to help deliver and enhance a programme that provides excellent pass rates, student experience and strong operational relationships with our trainees.

The overall objective of this role is to provide proactive, personalized support to trainees ensuring that they are fully prepared and confident to successfully pass their professional exams.

PRINCIPAL JOB ELEMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Welcome new trainees to BPP and ensure that they are familiar with the support available to them and educational model
  • Monitoring the performance of trainees throughout their studies with a particular focus on the successful completion of assessments throughout the course
  • Providing proactive support to trainees that require additional help through their studies
  • Producing student performance system reports
  • Ensure all data held on trainees is accurate and complete
  • Providing value adding reporting analysis to internal stakeholders
  • Regular communication with key internal and external stakeholders (where appropriate this will include helping central client teams produce performance reports and updates for managed clients)
  • Strong focus on student retention
  • Reviewing and analysing data gathered on trainee behaviour throughout the programmes and feeding this into design teams for programme enhancements
  • Effectively undertaking other tasks as required

General Responsibilities and Accountabilities for all Team Members

  • Work effectively as a member of the PQ Team
  • Be an ambassador for BPP both internally and externally communicating and promoting the vision and direction of the company with passion
  • Maintain high standards of work and professionalism at all times, particularly with regards to accuracy and presentation in both written and verbal communication
  • Build, manage and maintain strong inter-departmental relationships and communication within the organisation and work in partnership with other team members
  • Make suggestions to improve the working situation within own area of work and BPP as a whole
  • Comply with all aspects of BPP’s business policies and procedures including but not limited to H&S, data protection, equality and diversity.
